14-Day Return Policy 

At New Trend, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days with photos and your order number.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
